Entire Agreement

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and tredstyle.com with respect to the tredstyle.com sites/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and tredstyle.com with respect to the tredstyle.com sites/services. tredstyle.com’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
